Meet Betty
The .ai assistant that lives in your system — unparalleled support for you and your clients.
The bankruptcy practice
operating system.
Built by bankruptcy attorneys, for bankruptcy attorneys — intake, document collection, petition-software export, trustee delivery. Talk to Betty out loud, type below, or text a photo of a document.

Individuals & businesses
You need relief. We connect you to counsel.
Bankruptcy.ai is not a law firm. If you're facing garnishment, foreclosure, or a lawsuit, we triage your situation and refer you to a licensed bankruptcy attorney — with your documents already organized before the first call.
Get referred to an attorneyBankruptcy practitioners
The only platform built by a bankruptcy firm.
Run it parallel to your existing practice — no rip-and-replace. Triage backlog, process thousands of file reviews, and mold the system around the workflow you already use, while attorney control stays on every step.
See the firm platformGates and rules, not vibes
Every requirement is enforced. No file advances until it actually qualifies — there is no exception for requirements.
Readiness reports on demand
At any stage, get a specific analysis of what's missing and why. What used to be a hunting spree is now one report.
Attorney control, end to end
The system prepares, flags, and organizes. Your attorneys decide. Nothing gets filed without a human signing off.
Unwavering client support
Clients get the highest level of support we can build — the best filing experience, at scale, without adding headcount.
Smarter filings. This is Bankruptcy.ai.
Built on .ai · Built on real cases
Built from thousands of actual cases — with clients first, not paperwork.
This isn't a law office with a website bolted on. Every gate, rule, and report in the platform came from real bankruptcy files — where cases stalled, what clients needed, and what trustees asked for. We built it to get clients' cases done faster and with less friction, so attorneys spend their time where it matters most: judgment, strategy, and the client in front of them.
Talk to Betty, anytime
Speak or type with our AI assistant 24/7 — no phone tag, no waiting for office hours.
Engage on your terms
Chat, email, upload a photo of a document from your phone — every channel lands in your file.
Smarter, faster reports
AI prepares your file continuously and attorneys review every step — nothing sits in a drawer.
No mystery, ever
You always know exactly where your file stands, what we have, and what's still needed.
The Platform
What bankruptcy.ai does
bankruptcy.ai is the front-end layer for the modern bankruptcy practice. It gathers the information, organizes the documents, and hands a clean case file to the petition software your firm already uses — without replacing anything that already works.
Feature Showcase
What Powers Bankruptcy.AI
Bankruptcy.AI is here to change the landscape of bankruptcy practice. Amplify your practice by harnessing the technology of the century — and give your clients the best service possible.
Eligibility Quiz
Know your options before you commit to anything.
A guided assessment that helps individuals and attorneys seamlessly determine available options from a handful of key data points — income, household, debt profile, and history. In minutes, the picture comes into focus: which chapters are realistically on the table and what deserves a closer look. Every result is reviewed by a licensed attorney before any recommendation is made — the quiz informs the conversation, it never replaces it.
Means Test, Without the Homework
Our means test doesn't run on guesswork — because it doesn't run on typed answers.
Most means-test errors start the same way: a client typing numbers from memory. Bankruptcy.AI gathers the real records instead. Submit documents by photo, by email, or right in the chat — and with your authorization, our Plaid integration pulls bank statements and account records directly from your bank, before or after filing, for immediate reconciliation. The means-test figures are built from source documents, not self-reported estimates. That's the difference between a number you hope holds up and a number you can stand behind.
Bank Statement Analyzer
Be more prepared than ever for the questions that matter.
Our analyzer highlights and compares client-reported information against the bank statements themselves — deposits, transfers, and payments, side by side with what the file says. When a trustee or creditor asks about a financial transaction that might impact the case, the answer is already organized, sourced, and in front of your attorney. No scrambling, no surprises.
Exemption Analyzer
The guesswork is gone from exemptions.
Which exemptions protect your property depends on rules most people have never heard of — including where you've lived, and for how long. Our Exemption Analyzer takes the guesswork out: it tracks date of domicile automatically, so the analysis always starts from the right state's exemption scheme and applies it consistently on every case. Your property protection analysis is built on the rules that actually govern your case — not the ones that merely look closest.
Chapter 13 Estimator
Realistic expectations, engineered in.
Our favorite tool in the box. The Chapter 13 Estimator was built to understand funding analysis from the ground up — income, allowed expenses, plan length, trustee and administrative costs — with one purpose: giving clients a realistic picture of what a Chapter 13 plan actually requires, before anyone commits to it. The goal is a plan built to draw no objections — a case designed to be confirmed, not argued about. Fewer surprises at confirmation starts with honesty at the estimate.
Case Clean Up
Every file, organized the way a bankruptcy file should be.
Hand our system any case file — organized, disorganized, inherited, or years old — and it scans, sorts, and structures everything: documents and information organized by the official bankruptcy form they support, with clean, consistent labeling for easy access. Whether you're preparing to file, responding to a trustee, or taking over a matter mid-stream, the file reads the way the court expects it to.
341 Look-Ahead
Know the trustee and the hearing window weeks before the notice arrives.
Every division sits on a rhythm — duty weekdays, rotation panels, slot lattices, and a filing-to-341 offset that holds remarkably steady. Bankruptcy.AI reads years of prior hearing calendars and projects, from an anticipated filing date alone, the likely §341 date window and the panel of trustees most likely to be assigned. From that projection the system works backward into real deadlines — when the trustee package should be staged, when the tax return and remaining records need to be in hand — and it computes from the earliest candidate date, never the middle, so a document is never late because a projection ran long. Clients get their document deadlines weeks ahead of the notice instead of days after it. Projections are internal and always labeled as projections; clients see official dates only, confirmed from the court's ECF notice.
Change the landscape of your practice.
Bankruptcy.AI pairs the technology of the century with something technology can't replace: a licensed attorney making every call. Amplify your practice. Give your clients the best service possible.
Talk to UsBankruptcy.AI is a technology platform of Majors Law Group, P.C. Inside the platform
Built around the whole case.
Gathering is where the agents start. Here's the platform they work inside — from first call to fresh start, with a human holding every gate.
The Cockpit
Everything green — or you'll know exactly where and why not.
Five gauges tell the truth about the firm at a glance: responsiveness, gate flow, task health, agent fleet, client happiness. Below them, a live board of every human-held gate. When an alarm fires, it takes over the top of the screen.

Every gate human-held. Green means flowing.
Client Command Center
One case, whole picture.
Stage by stage from retained to 341, with the single thing blocking a filing pulled to the front — plus the next event, every document's status, the case timeline, and the client conversation. Jarvis drafts the follow-up; it goes nowhere without your approval.

One case, whole picture. Jarvis watches every gate — you make every call.
Workload
Agents create the work. Jarvis balances it. People approve it.
Every task shows where it came from and why it's next. When someone's overloaded, Jarvis suggests the move that balances the week — and nothing moves until you say so.

Suggestions only — nothing moves until you say so.
Mobile
Two sides of the same brain.
Staff open the day to a morning brief with the next task queued — and the reason it's next. Clients get one clear step at a time: type it, snap a photo, or handle it at the appointment.

Jarvis queues and prepares. You decide. Client-facing actions always require your approval.
Money
Collections that respect the client.
Collected, on plans, past due, and the IOLTA trust balance — reconciled and in one place. Payment reminders draft themselves, matched to each client's history.

Reminders draft automatically — staff approve every send.
Chapter 13
Sixty months, zero surprises.
Plan progress, the payment schedule, and the trustee package assembled for every cycle — reviewed and released by a human, on time, every time.

Every plan month accounted for. Jarvis prepares the package — you release it.
Reports
The whole firm on one screen.
Revenue, filings, funnel, throughput by person, results by office and state — and what the agent fleet saved you this month. Ask Jarvis for the story behind any number.

Every agent action attorney-supervised.
Working today
Agents gather. Your team reviews.
Best Case imports clean.
The slowest part of every consumer case is getting information and documents out of the client. That's exactly where the agents work.
Gather client information
Agents run the intake and questionnaire, then chase down whatever's missing — one clear step at a time, by portal, email, or text. Under attorney supervision, always.
Collect the documents
Paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, IDs — snapped from a phone, checked for completeness, and organized against the case checklist automatically.
Import into Best Case
When the file is ready, everything lands in Best Case as a clean import. Keep the petition software your team already trusts — no re-keying.
Best Case is a third-party product of its respective owner. Bankruptcy.AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Best Case or Stretto.
Designed to fit your current stack
Works with the tools your firm already uses
bankruptcy.ai connects to the petition software, bank-data services, and payroll-verification providers firms already rely on. Where there is no integration today, manual upload still works. Category-level descriptions below — specific integrations are discussed in demos and documentation.
Petition software
Schema-validated export drops the case directly into the petition platform your firm already runs — without manual fixup.
Bank data
Clients connect their bank accounts directly. 90-day statements are retrieved and organized automatically.
Payroll verification
Paystubs and W-2s pulled directly from payroll providers, bypassing the "take a photo and text it" workflow.

Built by practitioners
Practicing attorneys.
Not outside observers.
Dominic Majors founded bankruptcy.ai after years of running a high-volume multi-state bankruptcy practice. The problem was not the law — it was the workflow. Paper checklists, manual data re-entry, staff chasing documents by email, and a petition platform that had no idea what information was missing.
The team building bankruptcy.ai are licensed and actively practicing bankruptcy attorneys. Every workflow, schema, and document type maps to a real practice activity — not a generic legal-software assumption.
